The Sauvagnat workshop located in Maringues in the Puy-de-Dôme has been a manufacturer since 1968 of grinding wheels, abrasive products and industrial supplies intended in particular for the famous Thiers cutlery. Today it is moving towards the creation and restoration of cutlery. The Sauvagnat workshop has been a partner of the Musée de la Nacre et de la Tabletterie since 2019.
